WHO are we

We are two brothers with a common passion for food. In April 2019 we got the opportunity to take over this iconic place on the harbor of Juelsminde.

Niclas Juhl, trained chef from Hotel Hedegaarden, in Vejle. After Vejle, he came to Aarhus to restaurant KöD and Basso. He held the position as Head Chef, product manager and project manager. As head of projects he was asked to move to Copenhagen and start up Basso on Dronningens Tværgade - which quickly became a succes.

Daniel Juhl, trained chef and waiter from Hotel Legoland. After his training was completed, he ran a café in Billund. Following the café, he took the position as teammanager in Lalandia, where he had the responsibility for all kitchens. After Lalandia he went to LEGO as a sous chef and later daily leader of the canteen.
